FIBRA Prime, established by Administradora Prime (APSA), is the first FIBRA (the equivalent to a REIT) in Peru and will place certificates of up to US$500 millions negotiating in the Lima Stock Exchange. The BBVA Bank acts as its structuring and placement agent. FIBRA Prime has ratings given by Class and Equilibrium.

Industrial and logistics Real Estate (Class A and Class B Warehouses) located in Peru’s most important cities, with focus on industrial premises and warehouses located in the four largest areas of Lima: the West Zone (Callao, Ventanilla), the South Zone (Villa El Salvador, Lurín), the East Zone (Ate, Lurigancho), the Central Zone (Cercado de Lima).
Modern and traditional retail Real Estate, located in the most important cities in the country, with a proper tenant mix allowing the maximization of income via a proactive management. We will focus in the following types of assets: regional mall, community center, strip mall, power center, lifestyle, and other such as hotels, education and health centers.
Offices properly selected bearing in mind the stage and characteristics of each submarket.
It’s important to mention that the current office market is still experiencing an oversupply that has generated a correction in the rental prices. This trend should change in the following years.
